How long will my order take to ship?
- Monogram turnaround time is always changing, during busy times please allow up to two weeks for you order to ship, orders normally ship out within 5-7 days. Call or email us to check our current turnaround time
- Non-personalized items usually ship within 1-3 business days
What can I return?
- We have the right to deny a return if we feel it does not meet our return policy standard. Return items that fail to meet this policy will be shipped back to you at your cost
- Monogram and personalized items are NON REFUNDABLE- Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving an order that is incorrect *We are NOT responsible for errors due to monograms that were submitted in the wrong order (see our "About Monograms" section located in the page footer)
- You may not return, exchange, or have store credit on: All sale items, jewelry, headwear, scarves, intimates, swimwear, gift cards, or any personalized items.
- All items must be in original condition with original tags attached undamaged, unstained, unworn and unwashed
- Please fill out return form included and include original invoice in box for us to process your return
- We carefully inspect all items shipped for any damage or defects- if you feel your item is defective please contact us within 3 days of receiving defective item
Returns & Shipping
- Exchanges: Our inventory is constantly changing. Exchanges can be requested on the packing slip. We will fill the exchange if the item requested is in stock at the time. If it is out of stock , if eligible we will process a refund or a store credit will be issued.
- Refund: For a refund- ship your return back to us within 10 days of the date you received your order.
- Store Credit: You may send your return back within 20 days of the date postmarked on package for online store credit. Store credit may also be used in store. Once we receive your return you will receive an email with your store credit code.
- Shipping cost is non-refundable. Shipping cost to send items back is customers responsibility.

Returning Items To The Store:
- You may return items purchased online to the store. When returning item purchased online to the store same applies for refund eligibility, exchanges and store credit as listed above.
