    RETURN POLICY

    All items must be in new original condition with tags attached, undamaged, unstained, unworn, & unwashed. Items must be free of perfume, pet hair, deodorant, cigarette smoke.

    ***Sale items, jewelry, swimwear, headwear, and gift cards are final sale & CAN NOT be returned***

    TO RECEIVE A REFUND: Ship your return back to us within 10 days postmarked of the date you received your purchase. Once we process your return, refund will be applied to the card used within 3-5 days. 

    *Shipping fees are non-refundable & return item shipping cost is customers responsibility.  

    HOW TO RETURN: Please fill out return form and make sure to include original invoice [so we know it is your order]

    HOW TO EXCHANGE: Our inventory is constantly changing. You can request an exchange below OR place a new order for the item you want to exchange for on our website & go ahead and ship the return item back to us. By placing a new order for the item you want to exchange for this speeds up the process in hopes of the item you want not going out of stock. Once we receive the return item we will process a refund. 

     

    STORE CREDIT: You may send your return back within 20 days of the date postmarked for store credit. Store credit may also be used in store. Once we receive your return you will receive an email with a store credit code.

     

    RETURNING TO THE STORE: To save shipping cost if you live in the area you may return items purchased online to the store. When returning items purchased online to the store, the same policies applies for refund, exchanges and store credit.

     

    *Note we have the right to deny a return if we feel it doesn’t meet our policy standard. Returns that fail to meet our policy will be shipped back to you at your shipping cost.
